Because compounding, filling, decoration and assembly all sit under one roof in Ajman, a change to your bottle finish or carton does not have to travel between suppliers. That keeps lead times short and makes it realistic to run a small first batch before committing to volume.

Production areas
Compounding and maceration
Concentrates are weighed and blended to the approved formula, then macerated before filling so the scent profile settles.
Automated filling and capping
Filling lines handle small trial batches through high-volume runs on the same specification, with fill-level and torque checks.
Decoration hall
Screen printing, hot foiling, spray coating and acid-etched frosting are done in-house, keeping colour consistent between reorders.
Gift set assembly
Rigid boxes, inserts, sleeves and cellophane wrapping are assembled by hand for retail-ready presentation.
Quality control
Each batch carries a certificate of analysis with leak, torque and colour checks before it is released for packing.
Export warehouse
Palletising, export documentation and freight booking are handled on site so your shipment leaves ready for customs.
