We handle fragrance formulation, bottle sourcing, decoration, filling, packaging and export from a single factory, with a minimum order of 100 units per fragrance and per bottle size.
That means one supplier, one quotation and one project manager instead of coordinating a perfumer, a glass trader, a printer and a filler separately. Brands come to us to launch a first collection, to move production out of a trading middleman, or to scale a proven line into retail volumes.

Our Process
1. Brief and quotation
Share product type, target market, volume and budget. You get a line-by-line quote covering juice, bottle, cap, decoration, box and assembly.
2. Fragrance development
Our perfumers build two to four directions from your brief, a reference scent or a chosen house accord.
3. Bottle and packaging
Pick from our stock bottle library or commission a dedicated mould, then approve dielines and 3D mockups from our in-house studio.
4. Sampling
Physical pre-production samples are couriered for approval. Nothing scales up until you sign the specification sheet.
5. Production and QC
Compounding, maceration, filling, capping and assembly, with batch COA plus leak, torque and colour checks.
6. Export and delivery
Palletising, export documentation and freight from the UAE to your warehouse.

MOQ & Turnaround
Minimum order quantity starts at 100 units per fragrance and per bottle size for ready fragrances and twists, and 1,000 units per fragrance for fully custom fragrances or production to your own formula. Production lead time runs about 15 working days after approval of fragrance, packaging and artwork (samples take 10–15 days) — small stock-bottle runs move fastest, while custom moulds, foiling and rigid boxes add tooling and finishing time. Reorders on an approved specification are quicker because the formulation, artwork and components are already locked.

What is the minimum order for private label perfume in the UAE?
Our minimum is 100 units per fragrance and per bottle size. You can split a first order across a few scents as long as each fragrance and bottle size meets that minimum.
How long does private label perfume production take?
Samples take 10–15 days. Production takes about 15 working days after you approve the fragrance, packaging and artwork. Custom moulds, foiling and rigid boxes add tooling and finishing time.
Can you develop a scent from a reference perfume?
Yes. Send a reference or a written brief and our perfumers return two to four directions for you to evaluate before sampling.
Do you supply the bottles and boxes as well as the fragrance?
Yes. Bottle, cap, decoration, label, box and insert are all sourced and produced through us, then assembled in our Ajman facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We palletise, prepare export documentation and arrange freight from the UAE to markets across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
Ready, twisted and custom fragrances
What is the difference between a ready fragrance, a twist and a custom fragrance?
A ready fragrance is an existing scent from our library, filled under your brand, from 100 units. A twist is one of our ready fragrances adjusted to your taste — for example stronger, sweeter, more oud or fresher — from 100 units. A fully custom fragrance is a new scent developed from scratch for your brand, from 1,000 units per fragrance.
Why is the minimum for a fully custom fragrance 1,000 units?
Building a new formula from scratch takes perfumer time, several sample rounds and dedicated raw-material purchasing. A 1,000-unit minimum makes that development worthwhile for both sides. For smaller runs, a twist of a ready fragrance gives you a distinctive scent from 100 units.
Can you match a fragrance profile I already have?
Yes. Send us a reference or describe the profile, and we'll suggest the closest ready fragrances or twists from our library. A full new formula is available from 1,000 units.
Can you manufacture using my existing perfume formula?
Yes. If you supply your own formula, we can produce it for you from 1,000 units per fragrance.
Who owns the fragrance formula?
Formulas, including twists, remain with Black Oud Factory. Your specific blend or modification is reserved for your brand and is not supplied to any other customer.
Which fragrance styles can you make?
Oud, musk, amber, Arabic, French-style, floral, fresh and gourmand profiles, as eau de parfum, perfume oil (attar), body mist, and oud and bakhoor products.
Can I test samples before production?
Yes. Sample development is USD 200 for up to 10 fragrances, and the full amount is deducted from your first production order. Courier is charged separately. Samples take 10–15 days.
Can I request changes after testing a sample?
Yes. Tell us what to adjust and we'll send a revised sample before production.
How do you keep batches consistent?
Every approved fragrance is recorded against your order, so reorders use the same formula, concentration and specification.
