Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
100 units per SKU. A first order can cover several scents as long as each SKU meets that minimum.
How long does production take?
From about 2 weeks after sample approval, growing with quantity, custom moulds, foiling and rigid gift boxes.
What drives the price per unit?
Juice concentration and raw materials, bottle and cap choice, decoration, packaging, and assembly. We quote each line separately.
Where is your factory?
Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We also keep a client-facing office in Al Qusais, Dubai, and host factory visits by appointment.
Can you develop a scent from a reference?
Yes. Our perfumers return two to four directions from a reference sample or a written brief, then refine across sampling rounds.
Do you fill perfume that I supply?
Yes, contract filling is available subject to incoming quality checks on your material.
Can you print and coat the bottles?
Yes — screen printing up to six colours, hot foiling, spray coating and acid frosting, all in-house.
Do you supply bulk perfume oil?
Yes, concentrate, attar and oud oil are supplied by the kilo as well as filled into branded bottles.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We palletise, prepare export documentation and arrange air or sea freight worldwide.
Do I need a UAE licence to work with you?
To sell perfume in the UAE you need an appropriate trade licence and product registration; confirm current requirements with the relevant authority. Overseas brands buy from us on export terms.
