White Label & OEM Perfume Manufacturing
Black Oud Factory offers three routes to a branded perfume: white label, where you brand an existing formulation and pack; OEM, where you bring the design and we manufacture it; and ODM, where we develop the whole product from a brief. All three run from our Ajman factory with a 100 unit per SKU minimum.
The right route depends on how fast you need to launch and how distinctive the product must be. White label is quickest and cheapest; ODM gives you something nobody else sells. Most brands start white label, prove the market, then move to bespoke.

Choose a ready formulation and a stock bottle, add your branding. Fastest path to market and the lowest development cost.
OEM
You supply the design, artwork and specification; we source, produce and assemble to it.
ODM
We develop the fragrance, bottle, decoration and packaging from your brief, including dedicated moulds if wanted.

Our Process
1. Brief and quotation
Share product type, target market, volume and budget. You get a line-by-line quote covering juice, bottle, cap, decoration, box and assembly.
2. Fragrance development
Our perfumers build two to four directions from your brief, a reference scent or a chosen house accord.
3. Bottle and packaging
Pick from our stock bottle library or commission a dedicated mould, then approve dielines and 3D mockups from our in-house studio.
4. Sampling
Physical pre-production samples are couriered for approval. Nothing scales up until you sign the specification sheet.
5. Production and QC
Compounding, maceration, filling, capping and assembly, with batch COA plus leak, torque and colour checks.
6. Export and delivery
Palletising, export documentation and freight from the UAE to your warehouse.
MOQ & Turnaround
Minimum order quantity starts at 100 units per SKU, so you can validate a line before committing to volume. Production lead time runs from about 2 weeks, scaling with order size — small stock-bottle runs move fastest, while custom moulds, foiling and rigid boxes add tooling and finishing time. White label runs on stock components are the fastest route to a first delivery.

What is the difference between white label and OEM?
White label means branding an existing formulation and pack. OEM means we manufacture to a design and specification you provide.
Do I own the fragrance formulation?
For bespoke ODM development, the resulting formulation is reserved for your brand and recorded on your specification sheet.
How many scent directions do I get?
