Black Oud Factory supplies finished perfume, perfume oils, oud and bakhoor in bulk to retailers, distributors, hotels and online sellers. Products are made at our facilities in Ajman and Sharjah and shipped across the UAE, the GCC and worldwide. Choose from our ready fragrance library from 100 units per fragrance, or develop a fully custom fragrance from 1,000 units.
Our Bakhoor Factory & Head Office is in Al Jurf Industrial Area, Ajman, and our Perfume Factory is in Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah. Every wholesale order is quoted for your exact bottles, boxes and quantities — we do not publish fixed unit prices.

Your Brand or Ours
Wholesale products can carry your own brand. Private label covers your choice of fragrance, bottle, cap, box and decoration, with packaging customisation from 100 pcs.
Mixed Orders
You can order several fragrances in one shipment, as long as each fragrance and each bottle size meets its own minimum. For example, 100 units of Fragrance A in 50 ml and 100 units of Fragrance B in 100 ml is a valid order of 200 units.

Minimum order and starting a brand
What is your minimum order quantity?
For ready fragrances from our library, the minimum is 100 units per fragrance and per bottle size. For a fully custom fragrance developed from scratch, or production from your own formula, the minimum is 1,000 units per fragrance.
Can I start my own perfume brand with a small budget?
Yes. Most new brands start with 100 units of one or more ready fragrances in stock bottles. This keeps the first order small while you test the market. You can move to custom bottles, boxes or an exclusive scent once the product sells.
Can I order 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 bottles?
Yes. We quote for 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 units, and the unit price drops as the quantity rises. Fully custom fragrances start at 1,000 units.
Is the minimum per fragrance or for the whole order?
Per fragrance and per bottle size. For example, 100 units of Fragrance A in 50 ml and 100 units of Fragrance B in 100 ml is a valid order of 200 units. 50 units of A plus 50 units of B is not.
Can I order different fragrances in one shipment?
Yes, as long as each fragrance and bottle size meets its own minimum.
Can a new business order without perfume-industry experience?
Yes. Many of our clients are first-time founders. We guide you through samples, bottle and box choice, artwork and production, step by step.
Price and quotation
How much does it cost to make 1,000 perfume bottles?
It depends on the bottle, cap, box, decoration and fragrance type. Send us your choices and we'll give you an itemised quote showing the fragrance, bottle, cap, box, label and filling, plus the total per unit.
Does the price include the bottle, cap, label and box?
Our quotes are for finished, ready-to-sell units, and every component is listed separately so you can see where the cost goes.
Does the price go down for larger orders?
Yes. Fragrance, glass, caps and boxes all get cheaper at higher volumes, so 500 or 1,000 units cost noticeably less per unit than 100.
What information do you need for a quote?
Product type, bottle size, number of fragrances, quantity per fragrance, packaging style and destination country. You can send these on the quote form or on WhatsApp at +971 56 625 4829.
Lead time, documents and export
How long does production take?
Samples take 10–15 days. Production takes about 15 working days after you approve the fragrance, packaging and artwork. Custom moulds, foiling and rigid boxes can add time.
Do you deliver throughout the UAE and GCC?
Yes. We deliver across the UAE and ship to GCC countries. Dropshipping with neutral packaging is also available in the GCC.
Can you export internationally?
Yes. Shipping is quoted once your bottles, boxes, quantities and carton details are final. Import duties and VAT are paid by the importer.
What documents can you provide?
IFRA conformity certificate, EU allergen declaration, SDS, INCI list, COA, and GMP or other certificates on request, with no minimum quantity. Any certificate or testing fees are paid by the customer.
Can I reorder the same fragrance and packaging later?
Yes. Your approved specification is kept on file, so reorders match the first batch.
