Production usually takes about 15 days after you approve the final sample, depending on the order. Larger quantities, custom bottle decoration and rigid gift boxes can take longer, and we confirm the timeline in your quotation before you pay. Once the order is ready, delivery from our Ajman factory to Dubai is next day. Dubai clients can also collect samples and finished goods directly from the Ajman head office. For export, we prepare the paperwork and hand goods to your forwarder or arrange shipping through Dubai's sea and air ports.

Pricing is given on request because the cost per unit depends on the fragrance concentration, the bottle, the type of decoration, the box and the quantity. Every quotation is itemised line by line — fragrance, bottle, cap, decoration, box and assembly — so you can see where the cost sits and change one part without redoing the whole quote. Price per unit falls as the quantity increases, and reorders of an approved product are usually cheaper and faster because artwork and components are already set up.
