Black Oud Factory manufactures private label perfume, oud and bakhoor for Dubai brands from our production facility in Ajman, with a client-facing office in Al Qusais, Dubai. Dubai clients meet us locally, then their fragrance, bottles, decoration and packaging are produced and assembled a short drive up the coast.

Our Process
1. Brief and quotation
Share product type, target market, volume and budget. You get a line-by-line quote covering juice, bottle, cap, decoration, box and assembly.
2. Fragrance development
Our perfumers build two to four directions from your brief, a reference scent or a chosen house accord.
3. Bottle and packaging
Pick from our stock bottle library or commission a dedicated mould, then approve dielines and 3D mockups from our in-house studio.
4. Sampling
Physical pre-production samples are couriered for approval. Nothing scales up until you sign the specification sheet.
5. Production and QC
Compounding, maceration, filling, capping and assembly, with batch COA plus leak, torque and colour checks.
6. Export and delivery
Palletising, export documentation and freight from the UAE to your warehouse.
Export from Dubai
Most Dubai clients ship out through Jebel Ali for sea freight or Dubai International for air. We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and MSDS documentation for perfume as a regulated liquid, and palletise to your freight forwarder's specification. If you already have a forwarder, we hand over ex-works; if not, we quote door-to-door.
MOQ & Turnaround
Minimum order quantity starts at 100 units per SKU, so you can validate a line before committing to volume. Production lead time runs from about 2 weeks, scaling with order size — small stock-bottle runs move fastest, while custom moulds, foiling and rigid boxes add tooling and finishing time. Dubai clients regularly collect first samples from our Al Qusais office rather than waiting on a courier.

Do you have an office in Dubai?
Yes. Our Dubai office is in Al Qusais and handles commercial enquiries, sample handover and account management. Production runs at our Ajman factory.
Can I visit the factory from Dubai?
Yes. The Ajman facility is roughly a 45 minute drive from central Dubai and we host client visits by appointment.
