Black Oud Factory

Capacity

High-Capacity Perfume Manufacturing in the UAE

Black Oud Factory runs a full-stack perfume plant in Ajman: compounding, maceration, automated filling, glass decoration, packaging production and export packing on one site. Volume scales from a 100-unit trial run to tens of thousands of units on the same approved specification, without changing supplier or re-approving the formulation.

Capacity only matters if quality holds at scale. Every batch, small or large, carries the same certificate of analysis and the same line checks, so the 10,000th bottle matches the sample you signed off.

Capabilities Under One Roof

  • Fragrance compounding for alcohol-based and oil-based products
  • Automated filling, capping and crimping for spray, roll-on and dab-on
  • Screen printing, hot foil stamping, spray coating and acid frosting
  • Rigid box, folding carton, label and insert production
  • Gift set assembly, cellophane wrapping and shelf-ready packing
  • Palletising, container loading and export documentation

Scaling a Line

  1. Trial run

100 units per SKU to validate the scent, the pack and the market response.

  2. Launch batch

Typically 500 to 2,000 units once retail listings or online demand are confirmed.

  3. Volume production

5,000 to 10,000+ units with volume pricing on the locked specification.

  4. Scheduled reorders

Call-offs against an agreed annual forecast so components are pre-staged.

Our Process

  1. 1. Brief and quotation

Share product type, target market, volume and budget. You get a line-by-line quote covering juice, bottle, cap, decoration, box and assembly.

  2. 2. Fragrance development

Our perfumers build two to four directions from your brief, a reference scent or a chosen house accord.

  3. 3. Bottle and packaging

Pick from our stock bottle library or commission a dedicated mould, then approve dielines and 3D mockups from our in-house studio.

  4. 4. Sampling

Physical pre-production samples are couriered for approval. Nothing scales up until you sign the specification sheet.

  5. 5. Production and QC

Compounding, maceration, filling, capping and assembly, with batch COA plus leak, torque and colour checks.

  6. 6. Export and delivery

Palletising, export documentation and freight from the UAE to your warehouse.

MOQ & Turnaround

Minimum order quantity starts at 100 units per SKU, so you can validate a line before committing to volume. Production lead time runs from about 2 weeks, scaling with order size — small stock-bottle runs move fastest, while custom moulds, foiling and rigid boxes add tooling and finishing time. Larger runs are scheduled against line availability, so early forecasting shortens your lead time.

Quality Control & Documentation

  • Certificate of analysis issued per production batch
  • Leak, torque, fill-level and colour checks before packing
  • Retained samples kept for every approved formulation
  • Export paperwork prepared for customs clearance in your market
  • One dedicated project manager from brief to delivery

Frequently Asked Questions

How large an order can you handle?

Runs of 10,000+ units per SKU are routine, and larger programmes are scheduled against line availability and component lead times.

Does pricing improve at volume?

Yes. Juice, glass, caps and cartons all carry volume breaks, and decoration setup cost is amortised across a bigger run.

Will a large batch smell identical to my sample?

Yes. The approved formulation is locked to a specification sheet and each batch carries a certificate of analysis.

Can you hold stock for scheduled deliveries?

Yes, we can produce against a forecast and release in call-offs from our Ajman warehouse.

Do you still take small orders?

Yes, the minimum remains 100 units per SKU.
