Perfume Coating & Printing Services
Black Oud Factory decorates perfume glass and packaging in-house at our Ajman facility: spray coating, acid frosting, up to six-colour screen printing, hot foil stamping, and printing for boxes, labels and inserts. Decoration is what makes a stock bottle look like your brand rather than a generic one.
Because decoration happens on the same site as filling and assembly, colour and finish are checked against your approved sample throughout the run instead of arriving from an outside printer at the last minute.
Glass Decoration
- Spray coating in matte, gloss, soft-touch and gradient finishes
- Acid frosting with optional clear windows and logo reveals
- Screen printing up to six colours, cured for scratch resistance
- Hot foil stamping in gold, rose gold, silver and holographic
- Metallised and coated caps to match the bottle finish

- Rigid gift boxes with wrap, emboss, deboss and foil options
- Folding cartons and sleeves in offset print
- Self-adhesive labels including textured and metallic stocks
- Foam, card and velvet inserts cut to the bottle profile
- Dielines, artwork setup and 3D mockups from our in-house studio
Our Process
1. Brief and quotation
Share product type, target market, volume and budget. You get a line-by-line quote covering juice, bottle, cap, decoration, box and assembly.
2. Fragrance development
Our perfumers build two to four directions from your brief, a reference scent or a chosen house accord.
3. Bottle and packaging
Pick from our stock bottle library or commission a dedicated mould, then approve dielines and 3D mockups from our in-house studio.
4. Sampling
Physical pre-production samples are couriered for approval. Nothing scales up until you sign the specification sheet.
5. Production and QC
Compounding, maceration, filling, capping and assembly, with batch COA plus leak, torque and colour checks.
6. Export and delivery
Palletising, export documentation and freight from the UAE to your warehouse.
MOQ & Turnaround
Minimum order quantity starts at 100 units per SKU, so you can validate a line before committing to volume. Production lead time runs from about 2 weeks, scaling with order size — small stock-bottle runs move fastest, while custom moulds, foiling and rigid boxes add tooling and finishing time. Each additional print colour and each foil pass adds setup time, so consolidate artwork where you can.
