Dubai is where the meetings happen; Ajman is where the product gets made. Understanding the split saves buyers both money and time.
Buyers new to UAE fragrance sourcing often assume Dubai is the manufacturing centre because that is where the showrooms, trade shows and sales offices are. In practice much of the region's actual perfume production sits in the northern emirates, with Ajman and Sharjah carrying a large share of compounding, filling and packing capacity.
What Dubai is good for

What Ajman is good for
- Lower industrial overheads, which show up directly in unit price
- Concentrated perfume manufacturing skills, especially oud and attar
- Space for compounding, decoration and warehousing on one site
- Direct factory-floor access for buyers who want to inspect before ordering
Why the two work better together
We operate two sites: our Bakhoor Factory & Head Office in Al Jurf Industrial Area, Ajman, and our Perfume Factory in Sharjah. Buyers visit us at the Ajman head office, under an hour's drive from Dubai. The same project manager owns the file across both locations, so nothing is lost between the sales conversation and the specification sheet.
Questions that matter more than the emirate
Location is a convenience factor. What actually determines your outcome is whether the supplier owns its production, will show you the floor, issues batch certificates of analysis, holds a signed specification sheet for reorders, and can prepare export documentation without outsourcing it. Ask those five questions in either emirate.
Export routes from the northern emirates
Manufacturing in Ajman does not restrict your shipping options. We consolidate at the factory and ship by sea from Jebel Ali, by air, and by courier for samples and small orders, exporting to more than 100 countries with MSDS, COA and certificate of origin prepared in-house.
