Perfume Wholesale in Ajman: Buying Direct from a Factory Outlet

Wholesale perfume stock in the Ajman factory warehouse

Buying wholesale from the factory removes a layer of margin, but only if you know what to ask for. A practical guide for retailers, distributors and gift buyers.

A factory outlet is not a shop that happens to sit next to a factory. It is the point where a buyer talks to the people who actually made the product, sees the range in one place, and negotiates on volume rather than shelf price.

Two ways to buy

The first is stock lines: existing fragrances, existing bottles, existing boxes, available now. This suits retailers filling shelf space, gift buyers and distributors testing a market. The second is custom or private label: your name, your bottle, your scent, produced to order from a minimum of 100 units per product. Most of our wholesale accounts start with the first and move to the second once a category proves itself.

How wholesale pricing actually works

  • Volume tier — the unit price steps down at defined quantity breaks, not continuously
  • Product mix — a single SKU at high volume prices better than the same total spread across ten
  • Packaging level — a bottle without a rigid box is materially cheaper than the boxed version
  • Payment terms — settlement terms are part of the price, and worth negotiating explicitly

What to bring to a first visit

Bring your target retail price, your expected monthly volume, and if possible a competitor product you want to sit beside on the shelf. Those three things let us point you at the right part of the range in minutes instead of walking the full catalogue.

Corporate and gifting orders

Corporate gifting, hotel amenities, event favours and Ramadan and Eid programmes run on a different clock to retail. Bring your delivery date first and let it drive the specification, because a custom rigid box will not compress into a two-week window even when the fragrance can.

Visiting the Ajman branch

Our Ajman branch and factory outlet is on Sheikh Ammar Al Nuaimi Street, Al Rawda 3, Ajman. Buyers can smell the range, handle bottle and box samples, and discuss volume pricing on the spot. Message the team on WhatsApp or call ahead so the right person is free when you arrive.
